It is a sprawling pink adobe hotel with the most beautiful grounds. It’s a wonderful and atmospheric place to grab a drink with friends. I especially love it for its preserved historic architecture; it feels like a real time capsule (in the best possible way).  Desert Vintage shares a building with our favorite coffee shop, Exo. They make the most delicious espresso. A lot of their beans come from Oaxaca, giving the coffee a singular and delicious flavor.
