If they do lead them to mental health facilities, therapy, coping mechanism.Or maybe teach people getting fired isn't the end of the world before hiring them, and making sure they realize this? The biggest issue isn't guns, it's that more people nowadays dehumanize people they don't like and justify physical violence.
