It is a sprawling pink adobe hotel with the most beautiful grounds. It’s a wonderful and atmospheric place to grab a drink with friends. I especially love it for its preserved historic architecture; it feels like a real time capsule (in the best possible way).  Desert Vintage shares a building with our favorite coffee shop, Exo. They make the most delicious espresso. A lot of their beans come from Oaxaca, giving the coffee a singular and delicious flavor. Oftentimes (pre-COVID) we would have the door open and that aromatic coffee smell would filter through the shop! Miss it. Other neighboring shopping gems, she notes, include an herb emporium, a used bookstore full of rare finds, and a specialty boutique brimming with one-of-a-kind Southwestern objects.
